GIA 2010 Students

GIA is a 2-week Arts Institute, started in 1983, and is available to VT high school students going into their sophomore, junior or senior years. It is held on the campus of Castleton State College with a community of other high school students from around the state, all taking classes from professional teaching artists.

Students must fill out the application and obtain two letters of recommendation. If a student is not funded by his/her school, financial aid is available. It is a need-blind application.

Tuition (which includes room & board) for 2012 is $1,125.

Scholarships and financial aid are available to those who qualify, and we also list several other ideas for raising funds below.
