Please join me in New York on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2-5pm at Dorsky Gallery Curatorial Programs in New York for the opening of “Artists’ Walks: The Persistence of Peripateticism”.
In conjunction with the exhibition, on Friday Sept 6 and Sat. 7, I'll be trekking across Manhattan as an "Itinerant Painter" in a performance expedition while wearing a backpack that transforms into a mobile portrait studio. As the measure of my voyage, I'll be out on the city streets painting FREE portraits of folks along the way that will hang on the gallery wall for the duration of the exhibition. If you are in the NYC area on Fri. or Sat. give me a ring, come meet me, and have your portrait painted and then hung on a New York gallery wall!
